Hello and welcome! My names Tara and I am the artist and creator behind Hodgepodge

Established in 2014 as a personalised gift shop, I created lots of stunning gifts for many occasions. This is what I did for 6 years, until the time that the world stood still. As lockdown took hold, my main income of attending markets was cut off and I had nothing new to share with the many followers I had gained over the years. It was then I picked up my paintbrush for the first time in over 15 years and began to create. I then shared the artwork I was creating during lockdown and the rest, as they say is history! 

Hodgepodge, delightfully miscellaneous was reborn into Hodgepodge, Art by Tara Pryor.

Even though there have been some big changes over the years I am still dedicated to the quality of all products created, which is why I print everything in my garden studio in Unstone Derbyshire. All art work is by my own hand (with the occasional help from my children!) Each product I offer is meticulously crafted, with sustainable comments, one of my favourites being the FSC certified wood I use to create my art earrings, pins and magnets. I love wood because each piece is completely different ensuring that no two items are alike, which reflects my commitment to individuality and sustainability.

I utilise sustainable materials, which allows us to minimise my environmental impact while delivering high-quality items.
