Thank you for visiting and shopping at Hodgepodge. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
With all are items being made to order, we aim to process all orders within 10 days, although during busy times this can be up to 2 weeks.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If in the unlikely event that there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Depending on the items ordered and the weight/size of the parcel required, you may not be able to select all shipping methods available. High value orders may occasionally be upgraded free of charge to ensure safe receipt of your order.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
European Shipping
All orders are sent via International Standard with Royal Mail. They aim to deliver to Europe in 3-5 working days, however, please note that due to the on going issues with COVID 19 and the UK leaving the EU, this may be significantly increased so please bare this in mind when ordering.
Please note if ordering from outside the UK, your order may now incur a customs charge due to the UK leaving the EU. Sadly this is out of our control and are not responsible for this charge. By placing an EU order with ourselves, you accept that this is a possibility.
Worldwide Shipping
Sadly we do not currently offer shipping outside the EU as standard. We do hope to do this in future. However if it is you would like to place an order for outside the EU, please do reach out to us and we will see if we can accommodate your request. Damages
In the unlikely event that an item is received damaged, please contact us as soon as the item has been delivered with a photograph of both the packaging and the damaged item. This will help us resolve this issue in a timely manner. Note that without a photo of the item and package we will be unable to process a replacement/refund.
